Newman & Lickstein is a growing law firm located in downtown Syracuse. We specialize in real estate transactions (commercial/residential), corporate & business law, litigation & dispute resolution, and technology, startups & venture capital.

In this role, you will work closely with the office’s dynamic team and existing, robust client base. The majority of our disputes involve: real estate investors and management organizations, venture capital-backed technology businesses, healthcare organizations and practices, multi-generational family businesses, estates, and more.

We Are Seeking:

• Prior experience in business/commercial litigation (7+ years).

• Candidates with large or mid-size law firm experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent legal research and writing skills.

• Ample litigation experience that will allow you to assist in mentoring and guiding younger associates.
