The Bentley-Settle Building in Armory Square, which once housed Empire Brewing Company has been given new life by firm clients, Jeffrey Appel and Spiro Spiliotis. The top five floors have been fully transformed into 30 apartment units. Though the building has been updated, some of its historic character was left intact, such as exposed brick and original hardwood floors. Art by local artists line the walls throughout the building, giving it a unique design. This refreshed space will even feature an art gallery and fitness center on the first floor.
