Steven Lickstein was recently elected to join the Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo’s Board of Directors. The Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo works alongside Onondaga County, to support the welfare of the Zoo’s animals, promote educational programs, and sustain the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. Steven will volunteer his time and lend his many skills and knowledge to assist the organization’s partnership efforts. Steven follows in the footsteps of one of the Firm’s founding partners, Paul Newman, who was also a member of the Board for many years.
The Rosamond Gifford Zoo has been connecting the community to remarkable animals for over 100 years. The Zoo sits on an expansive 43-acres in Onondaga County. It is among the top 10 percent of zoos in North America awarded accreditation by the Association of Zoos & Aquariums.
